As needed, experienced educators, Industry Subject Matter Experts, Professors, Speakers offer off-the-shelf or Customized Sessions, Train-The-Trainer classes, on-demand coaching, Workshops, Webinars and Boot-camps.  To learn more about these sessions, contact our team associate at info@designyourcareers.org

Benefit Underserved Children

We are dedicated to serving under-served children, impacting their lives, families and communities in a positive manner. A small contribution from you can make a meaningful difference in the life of another child. Everyone is encouraged to support DYC underserved community projects by raising small funds, participating in DYC toy or book drives and collecting educational supplies. There are also so many other ways to get involved with DYC Community projects activities and contribute to the movement that will bring smiles to many needy children.

DYC School Clubs

We encourage all Student Leaders to launch DYC Chapter/Club at their School or College.

Any student leader who has done at least one workshop under DYC can start their own DYC club at school. Unlike traditional school clubs. DYC clubs also work with club members to design their own workshops and earn service hours that add up for a PVSA award and school volunteer hour requirements while doing and sharing what they love. Two bay area schools now run DYC clubs and if you want yours to be another, follow the below steps to start your DYC club.

Requirements

  • Must be a member and a DYC Student Leader
  • Completed at least 1 workshop with DYC.
  • Get permission from your school

Awards & Recognition

Student Leaders who earn volunteer hours through DYC activities have the chance to earn the Presidential Community Service Award & other Leadership Recognition for their contributions.
