The fitness workshop is continuous to Part1 and consists of basic exercises that anyone can do on a daily basis. It can be done in short bursts of time if you’re busy, or during long periods of time if your schedule isn’t so packed. It includes different strengthening exercises like arm, leg, and cardio that can help you throughout and not just at one time.
